The PAMS service primarily works on resolving individual pharmacotherapy consumer-related problems and concerns. Through its work the service develops a unique perspective into and understanding of the Victorian Pharmacotherapy Service System. This specific knowledge and insight is often requested by policy makers, researchers and professional groups. For example PAMS has been involved in the following:
